ddcore 0.14

This series was written after the fact, from the repository's history. It records what an app would notice in each release — a capability, a contract, a default — and not every commit that went into it.

Breaking

• A new site is English and US dollars. ddcore init, and a ddcore.json that omits lang or currency, now mean en and USD instead of pt-BR and BRL. A site that relied on the old default must declare "lang": "pt-BR" and "currency": "BRL" before upgrading, or its screens, its catalogue lookups and its money precision all change underneath it.

Fixed

• The quickstart works end to end on a published binary: ddcore init wrote an auth block of zeros that every later command refused (auth.sessionDays must be greater than zero), and ddcore new-app swallowed the error and left the app unregistered. init now writes the same defaults Load starts from, new-app reports a registration failure instead of hiding it, and neither persists environment overrides or resolved absolute paths into the file.
