This series was written after the fact, from the repository's history. It records what an app would notice in each release — a capability, a contract, a default — and not every commit that went into it.

• defineListView({ modifiedColumn: false }) hides the Modified column for a list that has a more meaningful date of its own.

• A list fetches the type column behind a Dynamic Link column, so the link resolves instead of rendering a bare name.

• Assignments and pending work (OPS-05): the Core ToDo DocType, assign, complete and revoke on a document, GET /api/todo/pending filtered by access to the referenced documents, a due-date reminder delivered through the notification inbox, an assignment widget on the form's sidebar and a /app/todo central with a badge in the sidebar. An assignment does not grant access: revoking access hides the task. See assignments.
• Administrative audit coverage (PRD-06): one Audit Event ledger, which absorbs the Vault Audit Log, written on the caller's transaction for what was allowed and directly on the pool for what was denied, immutable against API and Desk mutations, with recursive redaction of sensitive payloads, a scheduled retention sweep through ops.auditRetentionDays and ddcore audit list|purge. It covers role grants and revocations, account status, invitations, unlocks and sessions, scope grants, workflow transitions allowed and denied, job cancel, retry and purge, vault reads and writes, webhook replay and method authorization denials.
